*Stapling - 50 pages maxiumum for #20 bond paper, 45 pages maximum for #60 paper. If you need more than the maximum pages stapled we recommend choosing 3 hole punching and slip sheets. This allows you to place the black & white copies in 3 ring binders.
How to Order Black & White Copies
(1) Upload your PDF file.
(2) Choose your paper selection from the available choices in the drop down box.
(3) Choose from 1 sided or 2 sided in the drop down box.
(4) Enter the number of black & white copies you want times the number of pages in your file. Put the total in the QUANTITY BOX to the left of the ADD TO CART buton. (see notes below)
(5) Click the ADD TO CART button.
Calculating your quantity:
Multiply the total number of pages in your digital file by the number of black & white copies you want.
Example: 43 page PDF file x 20 copies = 860 total black & white copies; enter 860 in the quantity box.
Most black & white copies ship in 24-48 hours if ordered by 4PM EST (production time begins 8AM the next business day). Production times may increase for additonal services including stapling, hole punching, or for unusually large orders.
NOTE: If you do not enter the correct number of black & white copies we reserve the right to cancel your order or print what you actually ordered even if your file contains additional pages. See examples below:
About Black & White Copies
We produce all black & white copies on state of the art digital production printing equipment. These machines are capable producing black & white copies at speeds of up to 90 copies per minute.
How Black & White Copies are made
Black & white copies are made using high quality black toner particles which are applied to the sheet of paper using a static electrical charge. The black & white ink toner particles are applied to the laser imaging drum which then transfers to the sheet using an image transfer belt. Once the black & white image is transferred to the paper it is then heated fusing it to the papers surface. This technology allows for rapid turn around times with speeds over 90 pages per minute for black & white copies.
