Tri Fold Brochures are a great tool to advertise products or services to prospective clients. Tri Fold Brochures File Requirements
We recommend submitting flattened PDF files for the best quality printing of your tri fold brochures but we also work with other file types including Adobe PDF, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Publisher, Word, and Scribus files. A minimum bleed of 1/8" is required in the tri fold brochures design if you want the printed image to extend to the edge of the paper (no white space/margin). We check customer submitted tri fold brochures design files with pre-flight software for technical related errors prior to printing. We can also custom design tri fold brochures and email PDF proofs for approval.
Mailing Tri Fold Brochures
Your tri fold brochures can also be designed as a self-mailer, meaning the piece is designed for mailing without the need of an envelope. Tri fold brochures can be mailed out using stamps, or using our direct mail services standard, first class or even non-profit postage. USPS regulations require tri fold brochures to be tabbed to prevent them from hanging up in their automated equipment, so please check with us or the USPS on your design prior to printing if you intend to mail them.
