How to Order 8 Page Newsletters - 11"x17" Tabloid

1. Enter a unique name in the Job Name box for your Newsletter
2. Choose an option for Artwork/Graphic Design from the dropdown menu.
3. Click the Choose File button to Upload Your File (PDF files only, see File Preparation for Print for more info)
4. Choose a Paper Option*
5. Choose an Ink Option*
6. Enter a quantity in the box to the left of the Add to Cart button and the price will auto update (minimum 100)

7. Once you are satisfied with your selections click the Add to Cart button

   *Some products have limited options already selected for you by default

Designing your 8 Page Newsletter - File Requirements and Preparation

You can either design a newsletter yourself using any desk top publishing software or graphic design software and upload a press ready PDF or you can contact us by phone or email for help with the graphics design - we know exactly how to setup the file for correct printing and folding your newsletters - and we will send you a newsletter proof to either approve or request changes/revisions.  If you are planning on mailing your newsletters as a self mailer using a mail panel contact us to make sure your layout is correct to meet USPS guidelines.  Here is some helpful specifications to setup your newsletter in most desk top publishing or graphic design software:

File Type: PDF for commercial print or high quality printing
File Page Setup: 8.5x11, 8 Pages
Color space: CMYK recommended for color printing, RGB files will be converted to CMYK
Margins: 1/4" recommended (minimum 1/8")
Bleeds: 1/8" (0.125") recommended
Fonts: Embed fonts in the PDF

8 Page Newsletter Turn Around Times

Production time for a 8 Page newsletter is typically 48-72 business hours excluding weekends and holidays.  The production time can vary in some cases depending on the quantity and options such as folding which can require additional time to finish your job.  Production time starts at the time you approve the final proof for printing if we provide the graphic design or when complete your purchase with press ready PDF files uploaded with the order.  If you submitted file requires us to send you a proof for approval, production time starts once you have approved the final proof.
