How Sell Sheets Are Made and Printed - the Manufacturing Process

Sell sheets are made by apply ink to the paper substrate using high speed digital printing presses.  Sell sheets are printed multiple up on a larger sheet to maximize the efficiency of the printing press production capabilities and is then cut down to size after printing.  Printing is done at a minimum of 1200 dots per inch (dpi) for optimum quality.
