6" x 9" & 9" x 12" Booklet Envelope Options

Our booklet envelopes are available in two popular sizes. The 6" x 9" booklet envelope is a practical choice for smaller booklets, brochures, newsletters, catalogs and other multi-page documents. The 9" x 12" booklet envelope provides additional room for larger printed materials, including magazines, reports, catalogs and larger booklets.

The 9" x 12" booklet envelope opens on the 12" side and is available on #24 or #28 white wove paper with an industry-standard moistenable gummed flap. Black or full-color CMYK printing is available, with optional 2-sided printing in black or color.

Booklet Envelope File Requirements & Specifications

For the 9" x 12" booklet envelope, the design file is set up at 12" wide × 9" tall in landscape orientation. A 1/2" margin is recommended, with a 1/4" minimum margin. Crop marks are not required. If you require ink bleed, please contact us for a custom quote.

PDF is our preferred file format. We recommend 300 dpi for optimum image quality and up to 1200 dpi for vector artwork. Artwork can be supplied in grayscale, RGB or CMYK, with CMYK recommended for color printing.

All customer files are pre-flighted for technical errors before printing, and a free PDF proof is provided by email for approval before production.
