Graphic Design Pricing & Payment
Graphic design services are separate from our printing charges. Graphic design fees are not included in the price of the printed product unless specifically stated in a written quote.
Graphic design services are generally billed at our hourly graphic design rate because every project is different and the amount of time required can vary considerably. For qualifying print products, we may also be able to provide a flat-rate design quote when complete project details and requirements are provided before the design work begins.
All graphic design fees are due upon completion of the design, after the final proof has been approved and before printing begins. Depending on the size, complexity, or scope of a graphic design project, a deposit or partial payment may be required before design work begins.
Additional design work, revisions, changes, or new requests made after the initial design may require additional design time and may increase the overall cost of the graphic design services. If requested changes are expected to require significant additional work beyond the original scope of the project, we can discuss the additional work with you before proceeding.
Changes, Revisions & Additional Design Work
Our initial design work is based on the information, instructions, images, and other materials provided when the project begins. We understand that changes sometimes become necessary as you review the design or as your project develops.
Additional design work, revisions, changes, or new requests made after the initial design may require additional design time and may increase the overall cost of the graphic design services.
Changes that substantially alter the original design, require new artwork or images, add significant amounts of new information, or otherwise expand the scope of the project may require additional design time.
We will work with you through the proofing process and, when requested changes are expected to require significant additional work beyond the original scope of the project, we can discuss the additional work with you before proceeding.

This fundraising flyer was created for a customer who needed help getting the word out about a personal fundraising campaign related to an upcoming surgery. The customer provided us with a photograph, fundraising information, GoFundMe information, a QR code, and other details that needed to be included in the flyer.
We took the information and materials provided by the customer and developed them into a professional 8.5" x 11" fundraising flyer. The design incorporates the customer's photograph prominently, organizes the fundraising message and supporting information, includes a QR code that allows recipients to quickly access the GoFundMe page, and uses typography, imagery, and calls to action to create a cohesive printed piece designed to communicate the message clearly.
The finished artwork was prepared to meet our specifications for the printed product and we provided a PDF proof for review so that the customer could check the information and request any necessary changes before final approval.
