#9 Window Envelope

#9 Window Envelope Printing – Custom #9 Window Envelopes

Our custom printed #9 window envelopes are made from high-quality #24 white wove paper and feature a convenient address window for mailing invoices, statements, checks, correspondence and other business documents. These smaller business envelopes are commonly used as reply or return envelopes inside #10 mailing envelopes. Available with black or full-color printing, they provide a professional and convenient way to handle return mail without handwriting addresses or applying separate address labels.

Custom printed #9 window envelopes can include your company logo, return address, contact information or other artwork, helping eliminate the time and expense of handwriting addresses or applying rubber stamps. The address window allows the mailing address printed on the enclosed document to show through the envelope, making these envelopes particularly useful for return mail, payments, invoices, statements and recurring business correspondence. Optional safety tint is available for added privacy when mailing checks and other sensitive documents.

About #9 Window Envelope Printing

Our #9 window envelopes are pre-die cut, folded and glued before printing. The envelopes are printed on high-speed printing presses in either black or full-color CMYK ink. The convenient address window allows the mailing address printed on the enclosed document to show through the envelope, making these envelopes particularly useful for return mail, payments, invoices, statements and recurring business correspondence.

The #9 envelope is commonly used as an enclosed return envelope inside a #10 mailing envelope, allowing customers to conveniently return payments, forms and other documents. The standard gummed flap provides a secure seal, while the window eliminates the need for separate address labels or handwritten addresses.

Envelopes are packaged in boxes of up to 500, with up to five boxes per carton.
