How to Order Flyers

1. Enter a unique name in the Job Name box
2. Choose an option for Artwork/Graphic Design from the dropdown menu.
3. Click the Choose File button to Upload Your File (PDF files only, see File Preparation for Print for more info)
4. Choose a Paper Option*
5. Choose an Ink Option*
6. Enter a quantity in the box to the left of the Add to Cart button and the price will auto update (minimum 100)

7. Once you are satisfied with your selections click the Add to Cart button

   *Some products have limited options already selected for you by default

• Size: 14" wide x 8.5" tall (landscape) or 8.5" wide x 14" tall (portrait)
• Printing Resolution: 1200 dpi
• Ink(s): Black ink (k) or color ink (CMYK) on 1 or 2 sides
• Bleed:  Included in price, 1/8" bleed recommended all 4 sides
• Margin: 1/4" recommended (1/8" minimum) from edges of your flyer
• Paper: #60 or #70 uncoated offset or #100 gloss text

This legal size flyer product measures 14" wide x 8.5" tall (landscape) or 8.5" wide x 14" tall (portrait) and is available printed on 1 or 2 sides. Legal size flyers are a great tool to advertise products and services to prospective clients. A well designed flyer takes planning out through well written copy and relevant photographs and/or illustrations accompanied by eye pleasing graphics. The effectiveness can be impacted not only by the graphic design of the flyer but also by the print quality of the flyer by the printing service. At Discount Printing Service we use your choice of a #60 or #70 uncoated offset or #100 gloss text paper for flyer printing. Flyer Printing File Requirements and Preparation

File Type: PDF using settings for commercial print or high quality printing
File Page Setup: 14" wide x 8.5" tall (landscape) or 8.5" wide x 14" tall (portrait)
Margin: 1/4" (0.25")
Bleeds: 1/8" (0.125") if applicable
Colorspace: Grayscale, RGB or CMYK (recommended)

We require submitting layer flattened PDF files for the best quality printing of your flyer.  A minimum bleed of 1/8" is required in the flyer design if you want the printed image to extend to the edge of the paper (no white space/margin). We check customer submitted flyer graphic design files with pre-flight software for technical related errors prior to printing. We can also custom design flyers (aka fliers) and email PDF proofs for approval.

How Flyers are Made

Our legal size flyers products are printed on high quality paper substrates hand picked by our experienced printing experts for qualities best suited for the intended products normal use based on industry standards.  We use high quality professional digital printing press equipment to print the Flyers, with the print engines producing 1200 dpi minimum resolution at speeds greater than 5000 impressions per hour for fast turn around times and cost effectiveness.  This allows us to provide you with a premium quality flyer printing service at a discount price.

Flyers Turn Around Times

Production time for flyer printing is typically 24-48 business hours excluding weekends and holidays.  The production time can vary in some cases depending on the quantity of Flyers and other options such as graphic design or folding which can require additional time to finish your print job.  Production time starts at the time you approve the final proof for printing if we provide the graphic design or when complete your purchase with press ready PDF files uploaded with the order. If a proof is needed for a flyer file you supplied to us the production time begins once you approve the proof.

Flyer Shipping Options and Transit Times

Shipping of your printed Flyers is available via UPS ground, Second Day Air and Next Day Air.  Once you place your product in the shopping cart you can enter your zip code and state to see available shipping options with pricing for your flyers.
