How to Order Calendars

1. Enter a job name for the calendar
2. Make selection from Artwork/Graphic Design dropdown menu.
3. Upload your PDF design file.
4. Enter the number of calendars being ordered in the QUANTITY BOX to the left of the ADD TO CART buton
5. Click the ADD TO CART button.

Our standard custom calendars can be designed for 12 or 13 months and features 28 pages including the front and back self cover.  Calendars are printed in CMYK (full color) on all pages.  Our calendars are printed using high quality #100 gloss text paper sheets. The finished size of the calendar when folded/closed is 11.5" wide x8.75".  Artwork/graphic design files must be submitted press ready in PDF file format suitable for CMYK printing.  All custom calendars include a preflight check of your design file for any technical errors or problems before printing as well as a digital PDF proof.  If you need graphic design services for your calendar we can provide that at an additional charge, please call or email us.

About 12 Month 28 Page Calendars

We produce calendars on state of the art digital production printing equipment.  These machines are capable producing speeds of up to 90 pages per minute.  For calendars with large runs lengths we utillize CMYK offset printing or lithography.

How Calendars are made

Calendars are made by the printing of individual press sheets known as signatures, which are then collated in order, saddle stapled, trimmed to final size and a hole is drilled for hanging the calendar on a wall.  Our calendar products are printed using high speed digital press equipment at 1200 dpi minimum resolution for premium quality color printing.

Turnaround Times for Calendards

Most Calendars are ready to ship in about 7 business days or sooner, however unusually large or complicated orders may take longer.  We will notify the customer upon receiving any calendar orders that require longer production times
