How to Order Black and White Copies or Color Copies:

1. Enter a job name/short description for your copies order (this helps if you have multiple jobs to place at one time).
2. Choose an artwork option from the dropdown menu.
3. Upload your PDF file design.
4. Choose paper option (some products with only 1 paper option are default selected).
5. Choose your printing/ink options from the dropdown menu.
6. Choose options for hole punching, stapling and slip sheets for your copy job.
7. Enter your desired quantity of copies in the box to the left of the add to cart button (see the instructions below for calculating total copies for multiple page PDF files).
8. Once you have reviewed your choices click the Add to Cart button.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR BLACK AND WHITE COPIES AND COLOR COPIES WITH MORE THAN 1 PAGE:

If your PDF file for making black and white or color copies contains more than 1 page (a page is counted as one side of one sheet) then you MUST calculate your quantity AS INSTRUCTED BELOW to get the correct number of copies.  PLEASE NOTE that if you do not enter the correct number of black & white copies we reserve the right to either cancel your order or print just what you actually ordered even if your file contains additional pages.

How to Calculate the Quantity for Black & White Copies and Color Copies with multiple pages:

1. If your PDF file for making black and white or color copies contains more than 1 page (a page is counted as one side of one sheet) then you MUST calculate your quantity to get the correct number of copies. First, get the total page count in your PDF file including any blank pages.
2. Multiply the total number of pages in your digital PDF file (including blank pages) by the number of black & white copies or color copies you want printed.  
   1. Example:  1 page PDF file x 20 copies = 20 total (Enter 20 in the quantity box).
   2. Example:  3 page PDF file x 20 copies = 60 total (Enter 60 in the quantity box).
   3. Example:  20 page PDF file x 100 copies = 2000 total (Enter 2000 in the quantity box).
   4. Example:  77 page PDF file x 75 copies = 5775 total (Enter 5775 in the quantity box).

We produce all black and white copies and color copies on state of the art digital printing presses.  These machines are capable producing both black and color copies at speeds of 90 copies per minute.

How Black & White Copies and Color Copies are made

Both black & white copies and color copies are made by laser imaging your PDF image file at 1200 dpi minimum on light sensitive imaging drums which allows high quality ink particles to offset or transfer to the sheet via an imaging transfer belt where the image is then cured on to the sheet at high temperature fusing it to the paper surface. This technology allows for rapid turn around times with speeds over 90 sheets per minute for both black and white copies and color copies.

Most black & white copies ship in 24-48 hours if ordered by 4PM EST (production time begins 8AM the next business day). Production times may increase for additional services including stapling, hole punching, or for unusually large orders.
