How #10 Easy Seal Envelopes Are Made - the Manufacturing Process

Envelopes are made by die cutting paper into the shape of an envelope before it is folded and glued.  The size of the die cut is determined by the finished size of the envelope.  Next glue is applied along the seams of the envelope while the seams are folded. 

How #10 Easy Seal Envelopes are Printed

Our #10 Easy Seal Envelopes come pre-die cut and glued and are printed on high speed digital printing press equipment in either black or color printing (CMYK) at a minimum resolution of 1200 dpi at speeds up to 7500 envelopes per hour.  They are packaged in boxes of 500 and up to 5 boxes per carton.
