4-Part Carbonless Forms 8.5" x 14" (legal)

Our 4-Part 8.5" x 14" carbonless forms are printed on high-speed digital printing presses in either black or full-color ink at 1200 dpi (dots per inch). All 4-Part carbonless forms come standard with edge gluing, and consecutive numbering is available as an option. Most carbonless form orders ship within 24–48 hours (additional time may be required for additional services, large orders or during busy production schedules).

• Margin: 1/4" recommended (1/8" minimum).
• Bleed: Contact us for a custom quote if bleeds are required.
• Crop Marks: Not required.
• Paper: #21 4-Part carbonless paper (white/yellow/pink/gold sequence).
• Ink Color Options: Black or Full Color (CMYK).
• Color Space: Grayscale, RGB or CMYK (recommended for color).
• File Resolution: 300 dpi (dots per inch) recommended for optimum quality, 1200 dpi for vector artwork is recommended.
• 2 Sided Printing: Optional in black ink.
• Gluing: Edge glued at top into sets of 4 sheets per set (white/yellow/pink/gold).
• Consecutive Numbering: Optional (black ink forms are numbered in black ink unless color ink is chosen).
• Free File Check: All files are pre-flighted for technical errors before printing.

A 4-Part carbonless form is a business form consisting of four sheets of special paper that transfer handwritten information from the top sheet to the second, third and fourth sheets through pressure-sensitive coatings. Firm, even pressure produces the best results when writing on 4-Part carbonless forms. Multi-part carbonless forms eliminate the need for traditional carbon paper between printed sheets, making them cleaner and easier to use.
